These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and bdwln ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of all services available at bdwln.org, including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live casino, and account services. By creating an account or using any part of the bdwln platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use bdwln.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bdwln in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility

To create and maintain a bdwln account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bdwln reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close an account where eligibility requirements are not or can no longer be met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bdwln or have had a bdwln account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date at all times.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one bdwln account only. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method) is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdwln reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed from them, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdwln login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify bdwln immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• bdwln uses SMS-based two-factor authentication for account security. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number registered to your account remains under your exclusive control.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. bdwln may request a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your registered mobile number.
• bdwln accounts are for personal use only and may not be used to facilitate wagering on behalf of third parties.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bdwln accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may be higher — refer to the deposit page for current limits.
• Funds deposited to your bdwln account must be used for gaming purposes. bdwln is not a financial services provider; your account balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bdwln does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• bdwln reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds and to delay payment pending completion of those checks.

bdwln does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdwln accepts no responsibility. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to standard bank charges applied by your bank.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bdwln offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered, and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements). The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are awarded once per player per promotion. A player is identified by their name, mobile number, device, IP address, and payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• bdwln reserves the right to amend the terms of a promotion, withdraw a promotion, or cancel an individual player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited with no cash equivalent.
• Promotional bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdwln are subject to the rules of the specific game or market on which the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of bdwln's platform records shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

• Bets accepted in error (for example, due to a manifest pricing error or a technical fault) may be voided by bdwln at its sole discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement according to the official result of the relevant event. bdwln uses official data feeds for result settlement; in the case of cricket, ICC and official board results are used.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may change without prior notice.
• bdwln virtual casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot or casino game is available within the game's information panel.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdwln. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further legal action being taken against the player where applicable.

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, stolen identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in match-fixing activities in connection with sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage over bdwln or other players.
• Money laundering or using the bdwln platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. bdwln complies with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or facilitating account access for any other person.

8Account Suspension and Termination

bdwln reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, subject to the following provisions.

• Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play shall be forfeited. Verified cash balances deposited by the player (not bonus funds) will be returned minus any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity.
• Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bdwln support at [email protected]. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register; any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately.
• bdwln may also close accounts where they have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, bdwln will attempt to notify the player using the contact details registered to the account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on bdwln.org — including but not limited to the bdwln brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdwln or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bdwln content without the prior written consent of bdwln. Unauthorised use of bdwln's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdwln's total liability to any player in connection with the use of bdwln's services shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player to their bdwln account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdwln shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

• bdwln is not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions, technical faults, network failures, or third-party payment provider delays beyond bdwln's reasonable control.
• bdwln is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players. Gambling involves financial risk. Players are solely responsible for managing their own gaming activity.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bdwln's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

13Amendments to These Terms

bdwln reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects your rights or obligations in a significant way — bdwln will provide at least 7 days' notice before the change takes effect, either by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the bdwln website. Continued use of bdwln after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce.
